Zero Customers Club is a free community for founders with $0 revenue · Last 30 days, manually checked through a supplied TrustMRR startup profile. That snapshot does not mean zero MRR, no historical customers or zero lifetime revenue.
Help honestly
Two complete launch checklists earn eight points: open the website, publish an honest LOVE with permission, leave a private TIP and open the launcher’s X profile and self-confirm the requested follow action. Two one-time actions bring the total to ten: the founder follow and the pinned-post like plus reply. Likes and replies together count as one point.
Honest mixed or critical experiences count equally. Say whether you reviewed the website or actually used the product. Disclose your relationship and any free access. Points reward completing the action, never a positive opinion. Do not invent experiences or use AI-written testimonials.
Understand the X policy risk
These social-action rewards are trust-based. We cannot verify follows, likes or replies. X prohibits coordinated engagement exchange, and this requested points model is not compliant by default with that policy. Recording redirects does not remove the risk. Read X’s authenticity policy before participating.
No bots, automated social actions, fabricated accounts, unsolicited DMs, bulk invitations or scraping followers or other communities. We do not promise customers, followers, reach or search rankings.
Your day follows automatically
With an approved, active membership and launch-ready profile, two full checklists and both founder actions reserve your next available full 24-hour slot automatically. One ordinary product and one lifetime launch per member. More contributions do not buy priority or another launch. Confirmed dates stay fixed in UTC.
The two owner demos are explicitly labelled and audited exceptions. They do not imply verified $0 revenue. No other owner product automatically gets an exemption.
Your words and your permission
LOVE is public. You authorise publication on the club page and reuse by the named launcher on that product’s own website. Wider reuse needs separate permission. Your exact wording and incentive disclosure must stay together. You can correct or withdraw publication permission without losing legitimately earned points. We notify the founder, but independently copied material cannot be recalled automatically.
TIP is private to its author, the product owner and authorised admins. Do not post private feedback or personal information in the shared room.
Keep the room useful
Be respectful. No spam, harassment, impersonation or unlawful content. Chat messages and emoji reactions earn no points. Members can edit and delete their own messages. Admins can moderate proven abuse with an audit trail; disagreement and criticism are not abuse.
After your launch
Every completed launch enters the permanent Hall of Fame regardless of revenue or customer count, subject to lawful withdrawal or moderation. If a slot is cancelled or disrupted, the owner records the issue and agrees on remediation instead of silently moving the queue.
